This spacious double room in a new build flat includes a free parking space in a gated car park and is only 15 minutes away from universities and the city centre. The room is available now and we are looking for someone to start a tenancy by June 1st latest.
Rent is 600pcm excluding bills which come to 110pcm (£710pcm all in)
About the flatmates:
Charlie - I work full time at a travel company in the city centre. I'm really sociable and love music and spending the night out in town. I've just relocated from Southampton so am adjusting to the new city and would love to be just as much a friend as a flatmate
Amari - I'm a student nurse at the University of Manchester. I also work part-time at the Manchester Academy and get free tickets to every gig that I'm more than happy to share with a willing flatmate. I'm really adaptable to the people that I live with - I'm more than happy to chill and watch Netflix after work but equally ok with the odd night out. To be honest, As long as we keep the shared areas of the flat clean and get on, I'm really not fussed
