Apartment is situated close to city centre, and one bus ride away from Manchester Universities (MMU, Salford and Uni of Manchester), with bus stops just a 3 mins walk away.

There is a Tesco just around the corner, a convenience store next door to the right and an ASDA next building to the left.

Bills are received and shared by flatmates at the end of the month, and averages around between £75 to £100 pounds every month depending on usage by housemates.

Preferred housemate is a single occupant, who is neat and tolerant as he/she will be sharing living room and kitchen with other housemates. Also, tenant will be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant only.

Present occupants are mature Nigerians, who are mostly quiet and respectful of each other’s space, and would prefer someone that is equally tolerant and easy to live with.

Finally, layout of room in picture attached differs from current layout, as present occupant who is leaving, did some move around of furnitures when they moved in.
