I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement starting 3rd July 2024 until July 2026. This is due to a change in my circumstances and no longer being at univeristy. Its a 6 bed house sharing with 2 girls and 3 boys going into their second year. The house has 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/living room/ dinning room. The bedroom is located upstairs on the first floor. There is also off road and street parking available.
