I’ve got a cosy double bedroom in my apartment available to rent Monday to Friday only. The flat will suit a single professional tenant working in the local area during the weekdays who has a place to live on the weekends.

The apartment is fully furnished, spacious and modern. It has a brand-new fitted bathroom with power shower, a new modern kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

The living room area is large and open plan with a dining table, large corner sofa and 65-inch TV.

Your bedroom comes with a solid wood double bed, a set of drawers, side table and TV. The bedroom also has a remote-controlled ceiling fan and light.

You will have sole use of the bathroom, living room and kitchen areas during the weekdays. All bills are included in your rent, with fast Wi-Fi throughout the flat.

The flat is in the peaceful village of Chorleywood. It is a 2-minute walk to Chorleywood Underground station (Metropolitan line) with fast trains (Chiltern line) to London Marylebone (30-minute journey). The M25 (junction 18) is a 5-minute drive away.

There are plenty of coffee shops, a Co-Op supermarket, barber, salon, butcher, and various takeaway options available within walking distance of the flat.

I will provide a lodger’s agreement to ensure both parties are happy with everything. Deposit will include your final month’s rent (£625) and a refundable security deposit (£200) unless any damage occurs or repairs are required. I will not accept any offers for full week rentals (including weekends) or more than one tenant.

About the landlord:

I am in my late 30's, I live and work away during the weekdays. During the weekdays I will be a 30-minute drive away and available should my tenant require any assistance. I will need sole occupancy of the flat from Friday afternoons until Monday mornings. I am very clean, respectful of privacy and quiet and expect the same from my tenant.
