This double bedroom is in a 4 bed room clean and tidy and lovely house in a quiet area but 5 minutes walking to the Hoddesdon town centre.
There are Aldi, sainsbury's, morrisons, Asda, Iceland, Tesco and lots of different shop, and Wednesday and Friday Market in Hoddesdon town centre.
5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walking to Rye House station and 7 minutes or 20 minutes walking to Broxbourne station link to Stanstead Airport and Cambridge and 20 minutes train to London liverpool street.
Rent has been reduced to £795 including all Bills.
I am afraid I don't accept couples or single person with child, and no pet.
