The second is also a double sized room and shares a bathroom with only one (female) housemate.

Shared lounge, fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer, 3 fridges) and dining area, garden and garage. Plenty of off-street, private parking.

The housemates are all professionals

The rent includes all bills:

- gas,
- elec,
- water.

Also included, cleaner (communal areas) gardener, high speed Wifi.

The house is fully furnished to a high specification.
Rooms are only let to non-smoking, professionals, rooms not let to couples or students
(The landlord does not live at the property.)
