Single room in sunny 2 bed flat that can fit a double bed. and a desk in a 24/7 heated flat. Room has a walking big wardrobe. Its unfurnished. Heating included in the rent and the rest of bills are: 150 per person per month so far, depending on electricity usage and price increase.
The flat has a spacious living room, balcony, and lots of storage. It's situated on beautiful park that has a swimming lake.
The nearest station is either Beckham junction that will take you to Victoria within 23min, or Beckham hill that will take you to London Bridge just under 15min, and Lower Sydenham to Charring cross and London Bridge.
About me: I am very clean, chatty and pretty chilled person, but home like to treat as a home. Not a party house or just a property so someone who is not loud, but responsible, friendly and considered of others would be a great fit.
Room Initially for 3 months with possibility to extend.

Agency Requirements are: as follows
- Must be in full time employment. Professional preferred
3 months bank statements to prove the sufficient income(those consistently in their overdraft will not be accepted)
- An employer reference or proof of self-employment
– A landlord reference
– Standard DBS check ( it costs £18 as a one of on GOV. UK)
– A scanned passport copy
