Self contained bills included studio

This self contained large double studio is set in our stunning garden which will be shared access with us. There are good local connections. Regular buses and trains to Ashford, London and Canterbury. We are a quiet couple with two quiet teenage sons and our baby boy.
Small pets considered but not suitable for big dogs. Bills included. Broadband is included but isn’t always reliable or guaranteed. No parking on site as all spaces taken.. For now parking in another street.
Ideally suited to single person but couple considered (extra £100 pcm)
We’d like someone green fingered who is willing and capable of helping out in the garden.
