Shared access to bathroom and kitchen including fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine and other kitchen appliances.

I am looking for an employed, non-smoking and tidy house sharer who can afford to pay the asking rent.

Room available for both short and long stays, or per night (£49.99).

The property is situated at a walking distance of 10 minutes to Slade Green station, or 15 minutes (by bus) to Erith station. Both provide efficient and reliable services for journeys into Central London stations (approx. 35 minutes). There are various bus routes very close to the house (bus stops are a minute or 2 away at most), e. g. 89, 428 and 99, with easy and quick access to motorways by driving.
