Beautiful double en suite room

A double room in a beautiful period property a stone’s throw from the station and the market. The room is on the first floor and has its own en suite with bath, walk in shower, sink and toilet. Photos are out of date.
The occupant will have use of the living areas and garden
I will be away most of the time and we can negotiate contributions to bills/ gardening/cat sitting/ appropriate rent reduction.
I don’t mind how old you are, as long as you’re kind, honest, interested in life, and able to respect my house.
