Additionally, if you need extra storage space, I have another double room opposite the en-suite, meaning you can rent the entire top-floor space for an extra cost. This may suit a sales rep with samples or someone with additional belongings that would be useful.
Available for you to use is a comfortable sitting room with a leather sofa, TV, dining area, and even a brand new state-of-the art treadmill. I rarely use this space, so you would also have this area to relax in.
The kitchen diner is large and very well equipped with all modern appliances, including new air fryers. The kitchen is light and airy with double French doors opening onto a quiet and well equipped garden area. You'll have plenty of space for food storage, and I have several fridge freezers as the home is equipped with a utility room that houses fridge freezers therefore you can have a large floor standing fridge freezer to yourself!
