Rent £175 per week or £650 per 4 weeks including bills. 1 large double room for single occupancy, fully furnished with desk, coffee table, large single couch, double bed, to suit people that like the feel of having their own space. The flat is on top third floor, no lift. Live in landlord has a room upstairs. Sorry no couples.

Queens Park 7 minutes walk. Transport to Glasgow City: 4 minute walk to Queens Park Train Station, 2 stops from Glasgow Central Station, 7 mins journey. Buses regular also. Walking distance 30 minutes, Cycling 10 mins on the Cycle path into the city. Uber city to centre approx £10

Supermarkets, food shops: Lidl, Locavore, Tesco, Sainsburys, World Foods plus lots of ethnic stores.

Great location to be on foot. Pollokshaws side of Allison Street. Awesome food and bars, Cibo, Errol’s Pizza, Lobo, March town, Café Niu , Strange Brew, Stag & Thistle, Bar Vini, thé Bell Jar, Allison Arms, Rum Shack, Kebabish, Kurdish, The Bungo, March town, Henry’s Wine Bar.
