Furnished room on the edge of Shawlands

Hello!

I'm renting out a spare bedroom in my flat. It's a quiet area but well connected as it's close to Pollokshaws West station and bus stops. The flat has 3 bedrooms but one room is used as a spare bedroom which you would be welcome to use if you have people visiting. The flat also has a front and back garden which gets lots of sun- so I'm in the process of growing some veg.

Some things to note: the kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher etc. There is no microwave or dryer. I also don't have a TV in the living room.

A bit about the room: it faces the back garden so is quiet and private. It's furnished with a bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and clothes rail (everything you see in the pics).

A bit about me: I'm 35, moved to Glasgow almost 3 years ago. I've previously lived in house shares so very used to sharing communal space. During the week I enjoy cooking in the evenings, watching a film, I might head out climbing or meet up with some friends. At the weekend I enjoy hiking and camping and just generally exploring the amazing outdoors nearby! I also have a friendly cat :)

Details: the rent includes all bills except gas and electric-because who knows what's going on with that! The room will be on a one month rolling contract although I'm looking for someone that can commit to at least three months initially. Move in date is flexible.
