Looking for a flatmate (and potential friend) to join me in my humble abode. A furnished double room available in a 2nd floor Shawlands tenement. Facing the road so you'll get morning light (if the sun decides to shine), and located a few minutes walk from Queens Park.

Clean house with large homey kitchen. One bathroom between the two of us, and a large living room.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, a young professional who has long (and sometimes ridiculous) hours at work. Despite the busy schedule, I prioritize creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at home. I believe in more than just co-existing; I'm seeking a flatmate to share meaningful moments with, whether it's enjoying dinner together or simply offering each other a respectful and safe space.
