Hello,

We are looking for a new housemate as one of our group is unfortunately leaving us.
We're hoping to find someone who is comfortable in a house share, sociable, and just as comfortable going out for some drinks as sitting in front of the telly and playing games from time to time. As a welcoming and social household, we're looking for someone to come in who will happily join us at the pub/have a BBQ/watch films, but we will also respect your privacy.

- Shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet (shared with two other housemates)

- Dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven.

- 10 minute walk to Acton Mainline (Elizabeth Line), 10-15 minute walk to Acton Town (Piccadilly/District Lines) and Acton Central (Overground), 20 minute walk to North Acton (Central Line). 5 minute bus to North Acton from right outside the gate
- Less than 10 minute walk to Morrison's, Lidl and other amenities. 2 minute walk to Sainsbury's for emergency alcohol and snacks
- WIFI, PS5, Nintendo Switch, large TV with a wide array of streaming services, and plenty of books and board games

RENT is £660 per calendar month.
Bills are roughly £130 per calendar month, though are subject to change depending on usage. This covers gas/electric, water, council tax, WIFI, cleaner and gardener.

ABOUT US
We are a group of four professionals between the ages of 26 and 30 years old. Rob works as an Associate Agent at an artist management company, Bruno has recently returned from working on a Cruise and currently works in a pub. Alex is in Musical Theatre and sustainable fashion. Finally, Josh is an Actor (you may be sensing a theme here) among other things.

We're a relaxed household, who enjoy a laugh. We're really hoping to find a new friend as well as a housemate who is willing to treat the house with respect. Our landlord is lovely and keeps spending money on the place and our property manager is always available via our WhatsApp group.
