Spacious double room in 2 bed flat share in Acton

I’m looking for someone to share my lovely home with.
The room:
It’s a spacious double room, bright and airy with double windows. It comes fully furnished with bed, built in wardrobes, bed side tables, a small chest of drawers and a table. I can be flexible on furnishing requirements too.

The Flat:
The build was completed late 2019 and I, as the first owner, moved in June 2020. The flat is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (the en-suite from my bedroom is my primary bathroom so we won’t clash), an open-plan living area with kitchen, living and dining areas as well as a spacious balcony. The communal flat entrance belongs to just 3 flats. I know both the neighbours well and often engage socially with them. A residential parking permit for on-street parking is available for a small annual fee. There is privately locked bicycle parking within the building.

The Area:
Transport links are great here – the flat is a 1 minute walk (0.1miles) from Acton Town tube station which has both the Piccadilly and District lines (gets you into central London in 20 minutes). It’s also 0.5 miles from Ealing Common (central line) and 0.9 miles from Acton Central/south (over ground line) as well 1.1 miles from Acton main line (national rail) & 1.4 miles to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth line) also accessible via District line at Acton town station. Gunnersbury Park is 0.4 miles away which is a great outdoor space during both summer and winter, there is also Ealing Common and Acton Park within a mile. Acton High Street is 0.4 miles away which has multiple supermarkets, fresh food shops and many great pubs/bars.

About me:
I’m Sam, a 36 year old professional female working in banking. I’m a social person, you’ll generally find me out and about with friends or travelling to somewhere new to explore. I’m not one to sit alone at home but having said that I do like the occasional Netflix binge and duvet day. I work from home 3-4 days a week. I like to cook and enjoy nice food over a good conversation. I’m looking for someone that wants to make my flat their home too and enjoy socialising together but also have a respect for each other’s personal space.

All bills which include council tax, wifi, electric, gas, water & a bi weekly cleaner are part of the rent. Deposit is 1 month and rent is 1 month up front.
