You'll be sharing a small but super bright living room, a separate large kitchen and dining room as well as a decent-sized back patio. The flat is exceptionally well maintained and recently repainted throughout and has a cosy feel to it - it's being well looked after and I'm looking for someone who will continue to do so!

Location (walking)

2-3 minutes to Aldgate East tube
5 minutes to Aldgate tube
10 minutes to Liverpool Street

Aldgate East and its surroundings have seen outstanding change and development in recent years, with various independent shops, restaurants, markets, and supermarkets nearby, including Amazon Fresh, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Waitrose. Coffee and brunch lovers will particularly be spoilt for choice!

I'm a 28-year-old working as a Software Engineer in Central London. I am an easy-going and sociable person. I would love to share a pint of beer or share cupping sessions of coffee now and then, also giving you privacy and space. The other room is occupied by Nathan (28), who works in law. He likes to travel, speak and play video games.
