Hey everyone,

We’re bidding farewell to our cozy home in Balham as our landlord prepares to sell the property. But fear not! We’re on the hunt for an equally fantastic fourth housemate to join us in our exciting new adventure. While we haven’t found the perfect place just yet, we’re eager to create a warm and welcoming home together.

About Us:

The 4 of us have lived together for the past two years, sharing laughs, brunchs, and movie nights, but Aly, our soon-to-be ex-housemate, is off to live with his long-term girlfriend.
Our vibe? Think friendly, clean, respectful, and always up for a good time.

The New Place:

Picture this: a charming 4-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. You’d be sharing one of those bathrooms with Mridu (F) and Niall (M).
The smallest room will be up for grabs (but we promise it’s still cozy). Let’s chat about it!
Rent? Somewhere between £750 and £1000 (excluding bills). We’ve even attached pictures of houses we’ve fallen in love with during our property hunt.

Niall (M, 33, HR): Sports fanatic alert! Football, NFL, tennis—you name it, he’s into it. Plus, Niall has impeccable taste in movies and can make you laugh till your sides hurt.

Mridu (F, 27, Consulting): She’s a gym enthusiast, music lover, and currently obsessed with woodwork. Need gym advice or a badminton partner? Mridu’s your go-to!

Salome (F, 35, Media Industry): When she’s not baking mouthwatering treats, Salome is out exploring the city. She knows all the best brunch spots and makes crepes that could rival those in France.
