Perks – location, bright airy house and all the best bits of Balham!

🚂 The house is a literal 3min walk from Balham tube and train, 5min from all the shops (Aldi, sainsburys, Waitrose, coop), bars, pubs and parks and walking distance to Clapham.

🌳The house is equipped with all the amenities you would need and there is plenty of extra storage space in the roof and hallway for extra items.

🌱Notes – rent is £505pcm plus bills which are quite low, usually less than £100. It’s a 4 bed house with currently a mix of 2 guys 2 girls but one is moving out with their girlfriend and one has found their own new place so will be filling those rooms too at some point.
