🚂 The house is a literal 3min walk from Balham tube and overground train station, 5min from all the shops (Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, coop), bars, pubs and parks and walking distance to Clapham.
🌳The house has a small patio garden with the BBQ so perfect coming into the summer
📦The house is equipped with all the amenities in the kitchen you would need and there is plenty of storage in the room.
📝Notes – rent is £750 per month plus bills which are quite low, usually less than £100 even in the winter including a bi-weekly cleaner.
It’s a 4 bed flat with a garden, currently a mix of 2 guys 2 girls but one is moving out with their girlfriend and another new housemate is moving in few weeks. Going to try and keep that same balance. Preferably looking for a girl aged 28-35
