Room avaiable Balham - 6 months - longer term

I'm sadly having to leave this flat due to my own situation. I've loved living here the past year and hope you enjoy it as much as I did :)

Open to 6 months let or longer term indefinately.

Property: Gorgeous, spacious, clean and well kept maisonette in Balham. It's a very bright and airy property with large windows. It's situated along a quiet street and the neighbours are super friendly! It covers 2 floors, the first floor there's a shared kitchen with kitchen table, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, the bedroom that's available, large shared lounge, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs is a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bath.

Location: Well located only 15 minute walk to both Balham and Clapham South tube station with great connections to central and other parts of London. Easy walk to both Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common. Close to Balham and Northcote road with lots of bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops nearby.

Plenty of parking available on the street outside (permit required).

The room: Large double bedroom comes with bed, built in wardrobes so plenty of storage space and also a desk and chair so perfect for wfh. It's on the first floor along with the kitchen, lounge, shower room and separate toilet. (The other 2 bedrooms are situation upstairs with a bathroom.) It's super quiet especially at night and stays cool throughout the summer.

Bills: Council tax, electricity/water, internet & tv license aren't included but come to approximately £120 per person per month.

Flatmates: You'll be sharing with 2 female professionals in their early 30s - Amy and Tasha. They're both super respectful, friendly, clean and social. They have their own hobbies including horse riding, tennis, cycling, brunch, shopping and seeing friends however, we also love to hang out when we're all in whether it's heading to the local park, pub, playing sport or just chilling together in the evening watching tv with a gin or 2! I am sad to be leaving as they're amazing flatmates.

Looking for someone clean, tidy and easy going and not a party animal!

The landlords are a lovely couple who are great with communication and super efficient if you need anything sorting.
