A nice friendly reliable non smoking individual, preferably a professional, who is bright, respectful, easy going, clean, neat and tidy. (Mid 20’s to mid 60’s age range)

This house has a licence from Hammersmith & Fulham Council and is of an approved standard in terms of fire doors, fire alarm system, means of escape & approved landlord.
(12)STREET PARKING
A Residents Street Parking Permit is available from Hammersmith & Fulham at around £120 for 12 months. Alternatively, you can pay Ringo app Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm which works out at £6 per hour or £48 per day!!!
In addition there is the extra car charge ULEZ which is another £12.50 per day so having a car is now extremely expensive.

(14)Travel time (London Underground average journey times)
Although in Zone 2, the travel time is fast into Central London on the Piccadilly Line without having to change. The Piccadilly Line is frequent because of the Heathrow Airport / Central London link. Times from Barons Court to:
Earls Court 3 mins, Gloucester Road 5 mins, South Kensington 7 mins, Knightsbridge 9 mins, Hyde Park Corner 10 mins, Green Park12 mins, Piccadilly Circus 14 mins
