Stunning River View Flat

My close friend and housemate has decided to move home on short notice for some unfortunate personal reasons so I’m on the hunt for a new housemate. The flat is a stunning spot situated in Battersea with large lounge views of a very pretty part of the Thames. We’re only a 15 minute walk from Clapham Junction (the best commuter station in London in my opinion!) or a 20minute bus ride to Victoria (bus is right outside). We’re in a gated apartment complex with a carpark, porter and shared garden space. With a large separate kitchen, balcony overlooking the Thames and a decent sized double bedroom, this flat would be ideal for a professional who works from home some days but also needs an easy commute elsewhere. It is pricey, but it’s well worth it if you have the budget as the area is very safe, has lots to do (cafes, restaurants, pubs etc) and is incredibly well connected and of course the flat itself is amazing. Battersea park is a 15 minute walk and Chelsea across the bridge takes about the same amount of time too. As there is only one bathroom, I’d prefer a solo housemate, but would consider couples if the right group came along. I’m a scientist myself with my own business, so work from home a bit and have an office space elsewhere. I’m a good mix of social and private, so definitely up for beers and dinners as well as respecting your quiet time and space too.
