I leave the UK on the 15th of May - but have a long term rental from June 20th onwards. However, my room is free from the 16th of May to the 16th of June and I am prepared to offer a lower price (1000 per month as opposed to the 1250 per month that I pay)

Located in a quiet residential street in Bethnal Green, this flat is surrounded by greenery - a literal 2-minute walk from Meath Gardens, we have Mile End Park 10-minutes away by foot (3 by cycle) and the lovely Victoria Park just a 15 minute walk away (8 minute cycle). The best thing about it is that it is recently refurbished - and the back yard, undoubtedly the main event of the house, is well-maintained. All three rooms are spacious and clean, they come fully furnished with cupboards, beds and desks for working. Living room is long and has ample room for a TV and dining table. The bathroom is modern and was recently redone - with all the fittings clean and new.

Garden comes with a shed and pub bench that can be a perfect spot for parties or mixers - even movie nights, as we plan to set up a projector for when the weather isn't too cold!

A little bit about us: We are a well-travelled group of Uni friends - lived in places such as Dubai, Mumbai, New York, Jaipur and Abu Dhabi - who have settled in London and are looking for a housemate to join our fantastic 3-bed house in East London. We can't wait to create a warm and welcoming space together - and like our balance between nights out and relaxing at home. My friend has recently joined LSE and is doing a 1-year Master's in Behaviour Science, and I am a consultant for a Media company based in Shoreditch.

We are looking for someone that matches our vibe, enjoys throwing the occasional party and is sociable and outgoing. The room is available from May 16th, 2024 and can be viewed immediately.
