Hi, I’m looking for a pleasant, friendly person in my clean, quiet, peaceful, house. Single room for one person in a mid-terraced town house with off street parking, on a quiet road next to a park.
The property has a modern kitchen/diner, large reception, bathroom, ground floor W/C, en-suite shower.
The house is located a short bus ride to Blackhorse Road Tube Station. It is also close to the A406, M11 and M25.
Suitable for professionals in employment.
Video screening is available.
There is a small charge for weekly cleaning for stays longer than a month.

Property
It consist of a 3 bed house with a kitchen which leads into open conservatory into garden. There is a park just around the corner which is excellent for morning walks. For longer walks or cycling or running by the beautiful canals and open fields of Walthamstow Marshes and Wetlands.
There is an off road parking in front of the house.
Room
The room is furnished with a double bed, and a chest of draws and a huge wardrobe.

Location
The house is located in a residential area in Walthamstow. It's also a short walk to the shops and post office. The nearest tube stations are Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Central Tube Station. Bus 158 and W11 serve to Blackhorse Tube. W15 to Walthamstow Central Tube.

The biggest Sainsbury’s in the country is just by a short bus ride unless you prefer to walk. The local Co-Op is just around the corner.

Bills
Rent is payable on the day of moving in and in subsequent months.
£700pcm , bills partially included
A month’s rent will be held securely during the period of tenancy.
Council Tax, Internet are all fixed charges included in the tenancy.
Gas and Electricity and water rates are shared.
There is a small weekly charge for cleaning.

I am a positive, active, friendly person. I have travelled extensively. I practice hypnotherapy, enjoy exercising and healthy cooking.
Pls do not ask for girlfriends/boyfriends to stay over. Visitors are ok.
