Double room in bright East London flat

I am sadly moving out of my bright East LDN flat and looking for someone to take over my contract from 1st May
(I’m moving out the 28th April so happy for you to move in once I’m out but need someone to take over the rent from the 1st May - could potentially move my stuff out earlier if the dates don’t align)

ROOM
It’s the biggest room in the flat and only backs with one other room- I will be taking all my furniture but there will be a mattress & chest of drawers there that came with the room!

FLAT
The flat itself is on a super quiet road, 2 min walk from Roman Road and less that 5 minutes to Victoria park! It’s a 4 bedroom flat split over two floors with a nice mezzanine hallway overlooking the open planned living room & garden - massive window with lots of natural light 👌🏻
Garden is a gem to have in London and it’s only accessible from the flat so ideal for storing - bike also! One of the rooms has an en-suite so the bathroom is only shared with two others!

RENT/BILLS
Rent is £1030 and the bills are approx £150 a month but reckon this should be cheaper in the warmer months! We have sky TV & Wifi and we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks that keeps the communal areas nice & clean but we are all very respectful and keep the place nice anyway 😌
The deposit is £1090

FLATMATES
You would be sharing with Liv, Eddie and Nana who are all creatives in graphic design, video editing and architecture. They all love going to the gym, socialising with friends and mooching around east London! They’re all super friendly, down to earth and great to live with!

CONTRACT
I need someone to take over my contract, one of our flatmates recently moved out and it was a super smooth process of a name change on the contract that I will pay for!
