you’ll be joining the 4 of us, ages 24-29, who work in sustainable clothing, dance, photography and technical theatre. We hang out together a lot but we’re not a party house so we’d really love for housemate number 5 (and/ or 6) to fit into this vibe<3 it must be queer friendly x

The house itself is a townhouse, set over 4 floors with a big living room, kitchen and two bathrooms.

The rooms available are both on the middle floor. Basically, it's a whole floor for whoever moves in. One is a double looking out onto bow quarter and the studio is facing onto the street.

We’re part of Bow Quarter, a large gated community that includes a spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna) and gym for £12.5ish a month, on-site shop, concierge, terrace and gardens

The house has good transport links, with a bus stop one minute away, bow church 10 minutes walk and Bow Road 15 minutes away. we’re right by Roman Road, Victoria Park and Hackney Wick so is very good for pubs and green spaces

Monthly rent is £1010, with a deposit of £1010
