We are looking for a Monday-Friday Lodger to join a quiet house share.

About The House:
1 double bedroom is available for 1 person. The room faces the back garden & has light decor, a large window and double wardrobe. There is a chest of drawers outside the room for extra storage. The kitchen, dining room, living room & bathroom are all shared. Including a washer, dryer and dishwasher. There will be a cleaner for shared areas twice a month which is included with all bills.

The Area:
Street parking is available on CPZ, which is approx £58.00 per year in Haringey. The nearest stations are Bowes Park rail (5 min walk), Bounds Green tube (10 min walk) and Wood Green tube (20 min walk). Frequent buses also operate.

There is a small local high street with lots of shops, a gym, salons and holds a food market once a month. Tesco Express is a 3 min walk away. Alexandra Palace is also a 20min walk through the thames water green way.

The Household:
I am currently a live-in landlord. My mother Judy is 66 and a retired nurse. And there is one other tenant called Iliyana who you will share a bathroom with. Please contact me with some information about yourself, and I will arrange viewings with you.
