One Double Room in 2 bed Flat Brixton SW2 (Zone 2)

Hello my name is Fatima, I'm French and I've been living in London for few years , I work in the construction industry
I'm renting a 2 bedroom flat with my friend who is unfortunately leaving the flat. The room will be vacant from the second week of May 2024. The flat is located in Brixton no far from the hootenanny bar/venue and it's a 10min walk from the station, 2min from Sainsbury's and 5min away from Brockwell park. The room is a double bed very decent size and can be furnished or unfurnished if you want to bring your own furniture.

The person I'm looking for is a friendly, nice, funny and quiet professional, we can have dinner sometime but also respect each other space. Further, you must be clean that's very important for me. I like art, reading, going out for dinner with friends, going to exhibitions , comedy club, walk in the park and travelling. I can be social but I enjoy my time alone.
