Bright double room in modern furnished flat

We're looking for a flatmate to move in to our gorgeous 3 bed flat from 2 June.

The flat is modern, well kept, good location (10 mins walk from Brixton tube and right next to Brockwell park) and very reasonable rent and bills - 870 pm including bills. 

The room is a small double with high ceilings and a built in wardrobe. Also plenty of room for under bed storage. There is space in the living room for homeworking. Shared bathroom, decent sized living room and separate kitchen.

We're two 27/28 year old females who both work full time in London (both 3 days a week in the office). We're looking for someone who is fun/easy going/good vibes, who wants to hang out and chill in the flat but also likes doing their own thing!!
