Lovely double room for rent in Brixton.

The flat is located next to Brockwell Park and is about 15 minutes walking distance from Brixton Tube Station.

Bills are normally about £130 per month (up to £150 during the winter months). This includes council tax, internet, water and gas.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. The living / dining room has direct access to a balcony.

The room would suit a professional who works full-time. There is no desk in the room and the living room is not suitable for WFH, so somebody who goes into an office would be ideal.

We are looking for somebody tidy and considerate. This is not a party house, although we do enjoy having freinds over and hosting dinner parties.

You will be sharing the flat with two others,

Kristina works full time in the civil service and goes into the office three times a week. She enjoys socialising, hiking, yoga and cooking.

Daria is a jeweller and works away from the home five days a week. She enjoys travelling, design and music.
