A double room next to Brockwell Park

We are a super friendly young couple seeking someone to occupy the spare double room in a lovely and spacious house within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, Tulse Hill.

Bills are around £150 a month on top of the rent.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, two sets of drawers, desk and chair. We also use have a small spare room which we use as storage / study. Some of the soft furnishings (tv, mirror, pictures, rug etc) will not be included.

There is also a spare bedroom that we keep as a spare if you’d like friends / family to stay.

Herne Hill station is 12 minute walk through the park, which is well connected with great pubs. Elm Park Tavern is on our doorstep.

The house is 5 minute bus to both Brixton and Tulse Hill station or a 15 minute walk to both. We are also a 15 minute walk through the park to Herne Hill, with a great market every Sunday and lots of nice pubs and cafes.

We look after dogs so ideally you’ll be comfortable with having them around. We only look after well behaved dogs who we know well.

We are a two minute walk to the Brockwell Park entrance, which has tennis courts and a lido (and a great lido cafe!).
