I have 2 rooms available in a 3 bed flat in Brixton Hill. Situated between Brixton and Streatham Hill stations, it’s well connected to the city.
I am looking for 2 people who want to make it a home and would be happy to live with a very friendly cuddly dog. He’s always happy to go for walk to the nearby parks in the area.
Rent is about £720 for bigger room and £620 for smaller. Bills are around £130 inc council tax, wifi, gas and electric. (Subject to change)
I work full time Monday to Friday, so very happy to welcome anyone that works from home. The area the flat is located is also in a quiet area.
