I'm a private property manager looking for a new flatmate for this great flatshare.

We have a spacious double room available to let from the 14th of June in this 4-bed professional, friendly flat-share on the ever-popular Brixton Hill.

The room captures a lot of light through the big windows and includes a Double Bed, Bedside table, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Desk and Armchair.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband).

The room is for single occupancy and full-time working professionals. The oldest flatmates have been living here for 3-4 years. They love the flat and are looking forward to welcoming a new person into this lovely home.

We are looking for someone who cleans after themselves and who appreciates the importance of being very clean in a shared home.

PLEASE NOTE that there isn't a shared living room. The kitchen is big enough to compensate for it. There is a dining table for 4 where the magic happens. These rooms always get snapped up quickly so act fast!

The deposit is equal to one month's rent.

The rent is £950 including ALL bills and the room is available from the 14th of June.
