Double bedroom to rent in Brockley

I am currently looking for a flatmate to join me in a beautiful 2 bedroom Brockley flat starting from the 1st of July.

The rent is £700 excluding bills.
My current flatmate is moving out back home and I am looking for someone to take over her bedroom. This is a big two bed apartment with a huge living room and a separate kitchen and bathroom.

The flat is 10 min walk to Brockley station (zone 2) and 8 min walk from Crofton Park station (zone 3). This is a great neighbourhood with lots of parks and green spaces around. Also walkable distance to vibrant Peckham (or a short bus ride).

Bedroom is unfurnished but has two built in wardrobes. It is very spacious and can fit a large double bed (my current flatmete has the king size bed), desk, bedside tables, shelving unit and some other bits.

Few words about me, my name is Aleks, I’m 27 and originally from Poland. Living in London since 2015. I work in fashion advertising for a creative production agency. I usually work from the office 3-4 days a week and working from home on Fridays.
I love to go out for coffee, dinner and drinks with my friends once in a while but also enjoy the time at home binging Netflix and having a glass of wine. I love going on a walks (really lucky to live in such green area), traveling around UK and Europe. I also love to cook and bake 👩‍🍳🌳☕️🍷

I would love to become friends with the person moving in so we can enjoy this lovely space together and to make this place feel like home.
