Double Bedroom With En-Suite Near Tube Station

I have decided to move out of my beloved flat to move in with my boyfriend.

The flat is a brand new 2 bed flat (in a new build apartment) i was the first tenant to move in 2 years ago. The building is a 5-10 minute walk from Bromley by bow station (depending on how fast you walk) which has the district line. There is a bus right outside the flat that gets you to canary wharf in 15 minutes and Stratford Westfield in 15 mins. There is a cinema room for residents to use twice a month (no extra charge) and concierge. We also have a balcony. The communal area and bedroom will be unfurnished as I bought all the furniture and will be taking that with me, the current tenant and new tenant will need to come to an agreement with regards to buying new furniture!

The room is a double room with en-suite, storage room and a built in wardrobe. The room will be unfurnished as i own all the furniture.

You will be living with Tracy who is in her mid 20’s and works for Charlotte Tilbury. The vibes in the flat are very chilled and relaxed, not a party flat by any means but occasionally having people over socializing.
