Double room in a beautiful Camberwell house

We have a lovely double room for rent in a beautiful, large house, with a garden! Situated on a park, it’s a beautiful home and neighbourhood - our current housemate is only leaving as she’s moving in with her partner!

We are a 20 minute walk to Brixton, 8 minutes to Loughborough Junction and 13 minutes through the park to Denmark Hill station and Camberwell.

Bills come to ~ £100-150 including energy, water, TV license, Sky TV/Sky Broadband and council tax.

Available from 1st June 2024. Moving on the 1st Would be ideal! We are looking to hold viewings week commencing 27th may as one of us is away on holiday!

About the room: Based on the ground floor. Has celling height build in wardrobe and storage unit. Has beautiful celling height window to a little private courtyard.

About us: we are three women aged 26-30, working in mental health and law. We all have demanding jobs and like to treat our home as a place to chill after a long day. We enjoy hanging out, but also respect each other’s space and like doing our own thing.

We are preferably looking for a 25 plus year old woman/nb/gnc/trans person who wants the same thing from a home, is happy to help out with cleaning and is up for watching shit/good stuff on Netflix. Must love cats as we have a big fluffy ginger cat living with us!
