Price - 888 pcm (most bills such as hot water and gas are included, but otherwise are an extra ~50 a month)! Will consider subletting for a short term too, but if this is the case May-Sept is preferable.

The Room - A double room with plenty of natural light, storage and a desk

- An extremely convenient location, 5 min to Chalk Farm Station and 15 min walk to Primrose Hill.

Bus links include 24 and 1 or a 35 min walk to the UCL central campus/Euston.

The flat includes a spacious living room with a TV and a bike shed outside.   

The landlord is exceptionally kind and accommodating.

Flatmates - 2 female flatmates: an LSE masters student and a young UCL graduate.
