Double bedroom in Canary Wharf with private bath

Hey girlies. My flatmate is moving on so I have the double bedroom available for lease starting August first week. You’ll be sharing the flat with myself in a 2 bedroom property with a balcony in the ballroom, open plan kitchen and a large living area. The flat is quite spacious and fully furnished with all amenities. It’s 5 mins from the south quay station, 10 mins from Canary Wharf jubilee and 13 mins from Canary Wharf Elizabeth. The building has a gym, jacuzzi, steam and sauna included with parking available if you need it. The over all bills come to approx 200£ pp. Tesco is just downstairs and there are multiple bars/cafés nearby to explore. The area is a quite nice surrounded by the Canary Wharf canal.
About myself;
I work in a tech firm in Canary Wharf and like my private space. Would prefer someone who appreciates their own space but also likes to hang out once in a while. I would ideally like to meet you couple times before confirming, as I want to make sure we gel along before taking the decision to stay together. I am a very chill no drama person and would want someone who is also a professional light hearted person and hopefully we can be friends in the process. Cheers!
