It s located 7 minutes from Dalston junction/canonbury and 12mn from Angel and Highbury /islington.
The flat has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower/bathtub (see pictures).
You will share the flat with a music producer very chill and friendly.
Most people in the building are Young professionals.
Smoking is allowed only outside of the building.
The room comes to 1055 pounds (+ the bills)
The bills fluctuate between 197 (Summer) and 267 pounds (winter) per month.
The landlord is an international Company called Grainger. They require a deposit + 1 month of rent.
