My name is Sam. I have a beautiful south facing double room in a two bed ground floor garden flat.

The room has recently been redecorated with a new carpet fitted. It has a double bed and large chest of drawers and wardrobe.

A bit about me; I am a friendly, down to earth guy. I used to be a creative but now work in healthcare. I share a small dog and he spends half the week here, so you will need to be happy to live with a very loving Jack Russell in the communal areas.

The flat is situated on Catford Hill. It's a 10minute wander to Catford and Catford Bridge National rail stations, these stations can you get you to central London in about 20 minutes. There is also the 185/171 bus which can get you to Forest Hill/ Brockley overground in about 5/10 minutes or so.

We have a large front garden that I maintain with my neighbour upstairs and also a private decked garden in the back which is beautiful in the summer months.

I have lived in South East London for 12 years and know it well. Preferably looking for a professional, friendly, relaxed person to live with. Happy to go into further detail when you get in touch.

The rent includes all bills; Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas and internet.
