The house is ideally suited to young professionals looking to relocate and for those starting out on their career ladder. Current housemates are young graduates working in Central London.

All bills are included in the rent - gas electricity, council tax, broadband and water (subject to fair usage policy). Communal areas are clean fortnightly and a seasonal gardener..

The property is accessible to either Hither Green Station or Catford / Catford Bridge Station where transport links to London Bridge (10mins) or Charing Cross (15mins) also Canary Wharf via Lewisham.
