Cozy room in Chiswick

Looking for someone on a short term but you’re welcome to stay longer and take over the contract on the place of my flatmate. Our contract ends in September24.

** Bed: currently there’s a single bed that opens into a king size bed. If you take over my flatmates contract I can remove the bed and you can put your own double. There’s also a chest of drawers in case you want.
Other furniture from the room is not negotiable.

Looking for a professional, between 25-40yrs and needs to be okay with having pets around. I own a cat that loves cuddles.
Preferably non-smoker.

The flat is located in a very calm and residential area, it's a 5 minute walk Gunnersbury station, and 10min walk from Kew Bridge train station. Chiswick Park station is near as well, 17-20 min walk so it's very handy sometimes.
It's very near the river walk as well, it's lovely to go down there and there's a few great pubs all year round.

Bills included are communal heating, and hot water.
Internet, cold water, electricity and council tax to be paid monthly. (£150-£200 each, really depends on energy usage)

If you have a car, residents can apply for parking permits from the Council.
