Double room available, 5 min walk from Clapham South station. I am a single man working in the City looking for a new flatmate - flat is great value and ideally located.

The available room includes a wardrobe, double bed and space for a desk or chest of drawers. The flat also has a spacious living area, shared kitchen and bathroom, as well as a garden.

As well as the tube, the flat is close to great amenities - a Tesco, the Common and Abbeville Village are all a 5 minute walk away, while Clapham High St is just 10 minutes.

I am relaxed to live with and relaxed about who I live with. Ideally looking for someone with similar interests and a similar age to me, who isn’t going to have an issue with me getting back late every now and then.

£900 pcm (£1050 rent + bills)

Current flatmate moving out end of June/start of July.

Current contract runs until Feb 2026, preference for someone who can commit for full tenancy. Rent going up by £50 each from next Feb.

I also have a cat so please don’t message if you don’t like cats! I sometimes have to travel for work so would like someone I can trust to look after her.
