Large, light double room in the newly built Thornton Park complex just off of Clapham Common South Side. Two minute walk to the common and five minutes walk to Clapham Common tube station and all the cafes, shops, restaurants and bars in Clapham High Street.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has an open kitchen/diner/living room as well as two bedrooms, one bathroom, there is also a large outdoor private patio area as well as communal garden/outdoor space. As it is a new build i has still to decorate etc so things will change over time.

Would suit friendly, professional, tidy flat mate working full time with limited need to work from home and is prepared to help out with the cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen etc.

I am a single 50-year-old male working full-time in an office environment, Monday-Friday - with occasional working from home. I am on the Autistic spectrum and have mild traits and can occasionally lack empathy and be quite direct.

Among my interests are music, art, running, cinema, and eating out.
