Double Room In Great Clapham Location

Hello prospective housemate!

A room has become available in our friendly Clapham House share, located just off Clapham High Street.

Our current housemate Chris is moving out July 31st, so we are looking for a replacement to take over this lovely, cosy room.

About the current house:
Bette, 24 years old, works in consultancy
Amelia: 26 years old, graphic designer
Lara: 25, works in property
Lewis 25, works in sales

A little bit about us:
We are a respectful, tidy and clean household. We enjoy socialising but also all work full time so have our own lives.
Hobbies include, cooking, sports, music and films.

PLEASE NOTE: We are preferably looking for another male house mate to balance out the house, who does NOT WFH regularly as the room does not have space for a desk.

We are looking for someone to take over the room from 1st of Aug. The contract lasts until 31st July 2025 with the possibility to extend for another year.

Bills come to approximately £100 each PCM.
