Well-maintained two double bedroom flat located on the 1st floor of a terraced house on Cairns Road. I am vacating my room since I am moving overseas. Looking for someone to move in from 10th May but happy to discuss.

The vacant double bedroom comes furnished with built-in wardrobes, double bed and a chest of drawers. The room is south-facing, ensuring maximum light exposure even in winter.

The room comes with its own bathroom with a bathtub, located directly next to the room. Kitchen comes equipped with washing machine, oven and stove, fridge and freezer. The cozy living room comes with a sofa, table and TV.

Bills (WiFi, Council tax Band D, Gas, electricity & water) are separate but amount to about £110 per person monthly. The area has the cheapest council tax in London.

Cairns Road is just off the lively and friendly Northcote Road, with a popular range of bars, cafes, shops, and restaurants. Clapham Junction Station is a six-minute walk away, with direct connections to Waterloo and Victoria. The green spaces of Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common are also a short walk away.

You will be living my current housemate, a friendly 29-year-old female professional, working the usual Mon-Fri - in a mix of office-based and remote.
