Sunny house in Clapham Junction!

Nic and I are looking for another couple to take over the upstairs floor bedroom (with an ensuite) of our 2-bedroom flat.
£1200 for the room not including bills.

Our flat is located on the corner of Clapham Junction, Battersea and Wandsworth - we are technically within the Wandsworth council tax band which is one of the lowest in London!
Great storage. Large living space. The house stays nice and warm through winter and has great ventilation in summer. 10-minute walk to CJ station.

Nic works from home most days. I am a nanny/Primary School Teacher. We are very laid-back Kiwis, however, a clean house is something that is important to us. We enjoy a few drinks at the pub but are also keen to wake up early on a Saturday morning and go for a run!

Our current flatmates are moving back to Australia on the 17th of June 2024, so we are looking for a couple to fill the room from this date.

Bills add up to around £60 a month.

£1000 deposit. The Deposit is held by our landlord who is a member of the government-approved tenancy deposit
scheme (PDS).

The room comes partly furnished, the bed and brown wooden drawers come with the room. You can purchase the other items the previous flatmates bought for the room (including pictured desk, office chair, white shelves, bath room amenities and TV downstairs) for £275 altogether if you would like.
