Our current flatmates will be moving out on May 19th, and we're looking for another couple or individual to take over the ensuite room in our flat.

Room Features:
Furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe, and double bed.
Ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

About Us: We're a professional couple who have lived in London for over five years. We enjoy cooking, travelling, and engaging in friendly conversations. Cleanliness, respect, and quietness are important values for us, and we hope to find flatmates who share these values. We prioritise keeping the kitchen tidy after use.

Shared Spaces: You will have access to the living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a small couch and two tables.

Additional Information:
The water bill totals £80, split equally at £40 per room.
Electricity costs approximately £20-30 in total, split equally.
Council Tax £58.76 per room (total £117.52)
