Double room near Clapham Junction

Hey - Sophie and Michael here.

We are looking for a third housemate (girl only) as our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. We are looking for a new flatmate who will enjoy being a part of our sociable, intimate and lively household.

We are two, 26 and 27 year old, working professionals. We’re a really sociable flat, all good friends, like to go out on the weekends together and mix all our friendship groups. We’re busy at work through the week but like to chill in the evenings.

Room details:
- £870 per month
- ⁠Bills are around £103 on top of rent
- Furnished includes 1 x bed, built in desk with two cupboards and 1 wardrobe
- Everything else is my our current flatmates furniture that she’ll be taking (willing to sell if a suitable offer is made)
- Sharing a bathroom with 1 other person (Sophie)
- ⁠Move in date: 22nd of June

We are looking for someone to join our household for more than just a flat and a space to stay. At the same time we totally value each other’s space and privacy.
